A significant recall has been issued for thousands of pounds of liquid egg products due to a labeling error. Michael Foods Inc., based in Gaylord, Minnesota, discovered the mistake when cartons of Breakfast Blend Scrambled Egg were found mislabeled as Whole Eggs with Citric Acid.

The error, identified on June 11, 2024, has prompted a nationwide alert.
